There are many methods out there that claim to be able to enlarge your penis, however, not all of these are safe, in fact not all are even capable of providing what they promise!

Pills, patches and potions will not work on their own. It's unrealistic to think that these methods will grow your penis when used selectively. This is probably the single biggest reason that people fail in their penis enlargement program. if you don't take it seriously it won't work.

Take your enlargement program Seriously!
If you are serious about increasing your size then you need to take the issue seriously. Simply buying a box of pills and expecting your penis to grow on a daily basis is not going to work. You need to view your enlargement program as an entirety.
Pills and patches are to be used as a supplement to your exercise regime. They are not the solution on their own. Don't take pills or apply patches without considering the "whole" of your enlargement program. Pills and patches are a supplement to your exercise program to provide added stimulants for growth. However if you don't provide the reason for growth in the first place nothing is going to happen.
When I first started bodybuilding I made miserable gains. I hit the weights regulary and consistently increased the amounts I was lifting but nothing happened. What was wrong! Was I a "slow gainer"? Did I have some genetic disease that prevented me adding that much wanted muscle? It was disheartening to put a huge amount of effort into something and see little or no return.
The answer of course lay not in what I WAS doing but what I WAS NOT doing. By sticking to a diet of lean turkey
and steamed vegetables just like the 'pro's I was starving my body of much needed calories. Instead of trying to exist on a fat free and essentially low calorie diet I should have been eating like a horse to provide my body with the extra nutrients and calories it needed for growth.
Doing the right things correctly!

The point of the story here is that you have to take your penis enlargement program as a jigsaw which you piece together. Once you have the whole picture then everything comes together. Using just single pieces will not have any effect.
In addition to this AVOID over exercising your valuable asset. The same way that we have rest days between body workouts is the same when it comes to adding size to your penis. Don't overdo it! Stick to a consistent enlargement program and don't be tempted to overdo the exercises - you wouldn't want to cause permanent damage or injury to your little fella would you!

Combine this with penis pills or penis patches for those valuable extra nutrients and you will be well on your way to adding length and girth to your penis.
